Arabian Stew Crockpot Recipe
Here is a crockpot recipe that you and your family will love with an exotic flavour.
Arabian Stew Crockpot Ingredients
500g (or approx 1 lb) chicken mince (the leaner the better)
500g (or approx 1 lb) green beans
500g (or approx 1 lb) mushrooms, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 cups tomato juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
3 large potatoes, diced
1 large eggplant/ aubergine, peeled & diced
1 large onion, diced
1 tablespoon oregano, dried & crushed
1 teaspoon salt
Parmesan cheese, grated, to serve (optional)
sultanas, to serve (optional)
Arabian Stew Crockpot Directions
Into your crockpot, combine all the ingredients except the Parmesan.
Set your crockpot to medium and cook for 9 hours.
Serve the Arabian stew over light and fluffy cous-cous, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese and sultanas on top.
