Apricot Chicken Crockpot Ingredients
12 chicken thighs, skinless & boneless
500g (or approx 1 lb) mushrooms, quartered
500g (or approx 1 lb) tin apricots in nectar
2 large onions, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 sachet dried French onion soup mix
1 cup water
Apricot Chicken Crockpot Directions
Put the chicken thighs into the bottom of your crockpot.
Next, add the French onion soup mix, followed by the apricot nectar and the water.
Add vegetables on top.
Set your crockpot to ‘low heat’ and cook for 7 hours.
Enjoy the delicious apricot chicken with a side serve of steamed rice or cous-cous.
